Successful candidates will work on regulatory investigations (state attorneys general, federal agencies) and defense-side litigation arising from data breaches, alleged unfair/deceptive practices, and other privacy-related claims. The role involves significant client contact, project leadership, motion and brief drafting, and collaboration with cross-border colleagues.
- 4–6 years post-qualification experience in privacy/data-security litigation or regulatory investigations
- Experience defending consumer-protection or data-breach class actions and responding to agency enforcement investigations
- Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; ability to lead significant project workstreams
- Tech fluency and comfort working with technical teams; excellent client-facing skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
