Apply in confidence →Experienced associate sought for a busy Cyber/Data/Privacy practice with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on counseling clients on privacy and cybersecurity matters, supporting transactional diligence, and assisting with incident preparedness and response.
The team advises a broad client base including emerging and public technology companies, financial institutions, life sciences and media clients. Day-to-day work will include advising on CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other privacy regimes, drafting and negotiating data processing and privacy schedules, and helping manage breach and incident response planning.
- 4–7 years' post-qualification experience in privacy/cyber law (law firm or in-house).
- Practical knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other privacy frameworks; experience with data processing agreements and privacy clauses in commercial transactions.
- Experience advising on data breach response and incident response planning.
- Strong academic record, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and ability to work directly with clients and lead matters.
