A leading law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 5+ years of experience to join its busy, cutting-edge Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation team. The role involves working on a robust pipeline of sophisticated, innovative, and industry-leading litigation, including class actions, across a range of clients in the technology, finance, life sciences, and energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in complex civil litigation and be a passionate, highly motivated, dynamic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. Specific cyber, data, and privacy litigation experience is highly valued. The successful candidate will help manage all aspects of discovery with the support of an industry-leading eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team, and will be actively involved in deposition and hearing preparation, motion drafting, mediation statements, and other common civil litigation tasks.

This position offers the opportunity to support a busy team on all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, including working directly with clients. Membership to the State Bar of the desired office is required.

5+ years of complex civil litigation experience
