Apply in confidence →Seeking a litigation associate to join a national Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation practice. The role supports a busy docket of complex civil litigation, including class actions, across technology, finance, life sciences, and energy industry clients.
The successful candidate will manage discovery (with eDiscovery and litigation-support resources), draft motions and mediation statements, and assist with deposition and hearing preparation. The position involves direct client engagement and teamwork on high‑stakes, novel data-privacy and security disputes.
Admissions: membership in the state bar of the office where the lawyer will be based is required.
- Minimum 5 years of complex civil litigation experience
- Experience in privacy, data-security, or cyber litigation strongly preferred
- Strong legal research, drafting, and oral-advocacy skills
- Proven discovery experience and comfort with eDiscovery workflows
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work directly with clients
