A leading international law firm seeks a full-time, partnership-track associate to join its Data, Cyber & Privacy practice in its New York office. The role sits within a technology-focused group that advises on privacy, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence matters, and offers the chance to be part of an internationally recognized privacy practice in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

The position involves counseling on breach response and preparedness, advising on compliance with existing and emerging US and international privacy and AI law frameworks, and supporting regulatory investigations relating to privacy and cybersecurity issues.

At least two to three years of relevant experience (class of 2023–2024) handling privacy, cybersecurity and AI matters
Experience with breach response and preparedness activities
Familiarity with US and international privacy and AI compliance frameworks
Experience supporting regulatory investigations involving privacy and cybersecurity
Large law firm experience and an excellent academic record
Exceptional analytical and writing skills, with a keen interest in privacy and cybersecurity
New York bar membership preferred; required within one year of joining
