We are seeking a mid-level to senior attorney to join our expanding Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity team, taking a significant role in cyber incident response, crisis management, and regulatory defense.

The practice advises companies confronting cybersecurity incidents and complex privacy and cybersecurity issues, represents clients in investigations involving cybersecurity, AI, and privacy, and provides counseling on best practices and regulatory compliance.

The team also supports technology and corporate transactions with cybersecurity expertise and advises cybersecurity companies on legal compliance relating to security research and threat intelligence activities. This is an opportunity to help shape the cybersecurity legal landscape while serving leading technology companies.

Three or more years of relevant experience in incident response, cybersecurity investigations, cybersecurity counseling within the private sector, or cybersecurity-facing work in a government agency
Experience in state or federal government agencies valued
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
