Seeking an associate to join a global debt finance product group advising on the full range of debt finance matters, including leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure finance, hybrid capital, fund finance, corporate lending and syndicated facilities. The role involves advising lenders and borrowers on acquisition financings, refinancings, liability management and other complex, often cross‑border, financings.

Ideal candidates will have experience on sponsor‑side matters and with complex asset- or infrastructure-backed financings. The team works with financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, funds and direct lenders on domestic and international transactions.

Admission to the New York bar is required; preferred class years 2017–2023. Submissions should include a resume and law school transcript(s).

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school
High academic achievement
Experience with sponsor‑side representation and leveraged finance matters
Admission to the New York Bar (or ability to waive into NY)
Prior experience at a peer law firm
Preferred class years: 2017–2023
