Leading global law firm seeking a Debt Finance Associate to join its Boston finance team. The role focuses on structuring, documenting and negotiating secured and unsecured financing across senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated facilities, as well as acquisition financings.

Work will include loan workouts and restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings and leveraged finance matters often arising in M&A contexts. The team represents both borrowers and lenders on complex, market-facing transactions.

3–6 years' relevant experience in debt/leveraged finance.
Experience structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities, mezzanine and subordinated debt.
Handled acquisition financings, loan workouts/restructurings and DIP financings.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal execution skills on high-value financings.
