We are seeking experienced disputes and litigation lawyers to join a flexible legal resourcing platform that connects talented lawyers with top-tier clients. As a consultant, you will work on a range of disputes, including commercial litigation, complex investigations, and multi-party cross-jurisdictional matters. You will provide strategic advice, manage risks, develop settlement strategies, and advise senior stakeholders. A minimum of 5 years' experience in disputes or litigation
A current Australian practising certificate
Right to live and work in Australia
Strong commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience across complex, high-value matters
Experience managing complex investigations and inquiries led by regulatory bodies
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to provide commercially focused advice balancing legal merits, cost, and risk
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Collaborative approach and client-focused mindset
