An established law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney to join its Miami office and support case teams across all of the firm's locations. This is an immediate-need role within a dedicated eDiscovery attorney team.

The position involves advising case teams on eDiscovery best practices, scoping discovery, addressing preservation and collection issues, and managing document reviews and productions end to end. The attorney will work closely with litigation teams on a range of matters and play a hands-on role in fact development.

Candidates should bring a strong traditional eDiscovery background, including document review management and fact development, and be admitted or eligible for admission to the Florida bar in good standing.

5+ years of traditional eDiscovery experience
Document review management and fact development experience
Experience advising on discovery scoping, preservation, and collection issues
Experience managing reviews and productions
Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Florida bar in good standing
