Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Lawyers – Lisbon

We are seeking two senior lawyers and one junior lawyer to join our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice in our Lisbon office.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals to grow within an internationally focused firm.

• Law degree.
• For the junior position: at least 3 years of post-qualified experience (PQE). For the senior positions: at least 7 years of PQE.
• Solid experience in corporate/transactional work (e.g., private equity, real estate, finance).
• Specific experience in emerging companies and venture capital is valued, including advising high-growth companies, founders, and investors on investment rounds, exits, stock option plans, and international expansion.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; working knowledge of AI tools.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
