You will advise leading UK and international organisations — including household-name businesses and major institutions — on varied, strategic employment work. The role goes beyond identifying legal risk: you will help clients navigate sensitive workforce issues, deliver change and find solutions that are legally robust and commercially realistic.

The work is broad and often high profile, spanning complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, strategic workforce projects and reorganisations, industrial relations, senior exits and executive reward, team moves and restrictive covenants, global mobility, employment support on corporate transactions and outsourcing, workplace investigations, equality and pay reporting, and the impact of technology and AI on the workplace. Many matters have an international dimension, with close collaboration across a global network.

UK-qualified employment lawyer with 1–4 years' PQE gained in a strong commercial practice
Comfortable advising on strategic employment matters and handling complex disputes
