The group handles acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate transactions for market-leading clients.
The role is open to candidates who can be based in any U.S. city with a firm office, with preference for Houston, Austin, San Francisco, New York or Washington, D.C. The team emphasizes collaboration, hands-on deal work and formal training; associates participate in substantive and soft-skills programs and help develop pitches and process improvements.
- Minimum 1 year of M&A transactional experience (energy/infrastructure experience preferred)
- J.D. and excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the bar of the state where the associate will be based
- Strong drafting, communication and teamwork skills
