Immediate opening for an environmental/toxic-tort associate in the Miami office of a national firm. The role emphasizes asbestos litigation and offers substantive, early courtroom and discovery experience working with experienced regional practice teams. Hybrid and fully remote arrangements are available.

Responsibilities include legal research and drafting (memoranda, pleadings, motions, client correspondence), managing discovery and investigations, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court conferences and hearings. The position is practice-focused, fast-paced, and provides meaningful hands-on litigation exposure.

4–8 years’ civil litigation experience with a focus on environmental/toxic tort and asbestos matters
Licensed and admitted to practice in Florida
Strong litigation skills including research, legal writing, motion practice, and oral advocacy
Experience with discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances; able to work with minimal supervision
