Top-tier national practice seeks an associate to join its executive compensation and employee benefits group in Miami. The role focuses on advising on executive compensation, equity-based plans and employee benefits matters in connection with mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

The team advises corporate clients and workstreams across transactional, regulatory and plan-design issues. The position offers exposure to high-value matters and collaboration with cross-practice deal teams.

2-6 years post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
Substantive experience with equity-based compensation, plan documentation and benefits-related aspects of M&A/other business transactions.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to work on fast-paced deal teams.
J.D. and active bar admission in good standing.
