Finance Associate — Finance & Banking, Dallas

We are seeking a mid-level finance associate to join a leading national finance practice in Dallas. The role involves working on complex lending and leveraged finance transactions for bank and non-bank lenders, private credit funds, and sponsor clients.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating credit agreements and closing documentation, supporting acquisition financings and other financing transactions, and working directly with deal teams and clients. The position offers substantive client contact, business development opportunities, and structured training and career progression.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 4–8 years' transactional finance experience, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements
• Experience on lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance or lending matters preferred
• Admission to the Texas bar and membership in good standing
