Finance Associate Attorney — Leveraged & Acquisition Finance (Dallas)

A global full-service law firm is seeking a finance associate with 4–8 years of experience to join its Finance Practice Group in Dallas.

The group represents financial institutions, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors across a broad range of complex finance transactions. The role offers direct client contact, substantial business development opportunities, and strong training and career development support.

• JD from an accredited law school
• 4–8 years of experience on varied finance transactions
• Experience executing finance transactions, including acquisition financings
• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related closing documentation
• Lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance experience preferred
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Texas bar
• Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript required
