Finance Associate — Finance & Banking, Westchester County

Senior-level associate opening in a national finance practice based in Westchester County. The role focuses on lender-side work across syndicated and bilateral credit facilities and other secured lending transactions.

Successful candidates will manage deal workflow, draft and negotiate credit agreements and ancillary documents, and work directly with clients and internal teams on matters across industries. The group offers a collaborative environment and competitive compensation and benefits.

• 4-5 years' relevant finance banking experience (mid-senior associate level)
• Substantial lender-side experience drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents
• Strong drafting skills and knowledge of secured lending transactions
• Team-oriented, proactive, able to manage deal responsibility and client interaction
• Admission to the New York Bar required
