Mid-to-senior level associate role in a major finance team focused on venture debt and growth financings. The role sits in the Boston office and supports lender-side commercial finance matters for banks, private credit funds and other financial institutions.

Work includes drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security and collateral documentation, intercreditor agreements and closing documents. Transactions often involve borrowers in technology, life sciences, fintech, frontier tech and digital assets, with cross-border matters possible.

Applicants must be an active member of the Massachusetts bar.

Minimum 3 years' experience in lender-side commercial finance or similar.
Demonstrated experience drafting/negotiating loan agreements, collateral/security documentation, intercreditor agreements and closing documents.
Experience representing banks, private credit funds or other financial institutions on the lender side.
Familiarity with borrowers in technology, life sciences, fintech, frontier tech or digital assets preferred; cross-border transaction experience a plus.
Active Massachusetts bar membership required.
