Leading international firm seeks an experienced finance partner to strengthen and grow its Dubai finance practice. The role focuses on originating and leading complex lending and structured finance matters across the Middle East.

The incoming partner will lead deals, manage and develop junior lawyers, and work with regional and cross‑border teams. A portable practice and established client relationships in the region are highly desirable.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (syndicated lending, acquisition finance, project/structured finance).
Proven track record of originating business and managing client relationships; a portable practice is desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience supervising associates and working with international teams.
Familiarity with UAE and broader Middle East finance markets and applicable laws and market practices.
