Our IP dispute resolution team in Düsseldorf is seeking a Russian-qualified associate to join a practice that combines intellectual property litigation and arbitration with IP transactional work.

The team handles pharmaceutical patent litigation, trademark enforcement and infringement proceedings, and compulsory license matters. You will work closely with colleagues across our global network and with cross-border industry groups.

The role offers early responsibility within a collaborative international team, active involvement in global industrial sectors, and individual continuing professional development, including international training modules. Junior lawyers and more experienced associates are both encouraged to apply.

Russian-qualified lawyer
Outstanding academic and professional record in your jurisdiction
Additional qualification in German or English law is a plus
Junior lawyers as well as associates with professional experience in intellectual property litigation and/or arbitration considered
Excellent command of English
Good command of German, with willingness to improve existing language skills
Enthusiasm for digital innovation and new technical and legal developments
Proactive, co-creative engagement in international teams
Excellent communication skills and business understanding
