Foreign Associate (Russian-qualified) — Intellectual Property, Düsseldorf

International law firm seeking a Russian-law qualified associate to join its Düsseldorf IP team. The role covers IP dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) and transactional IP work, with a strong focus on patent litigation and cross-border matters.

You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on complex pharmaceutical and trademark disputes, and contribute to international projects within industry-focused groups. • Qualified in Russia (Russian-law qualification required)
• Very strong academic and professional results in your jurisdiction
• Relevant interest or experience in intellectual property litigation and/or arbitration; junior associates and those with prior IP experience encouraged to apply
• Very good English; good German with willingness to improve
• Enthusiasm for digital innovation, proactive team working and strong communication/business understanding
