Fund Finance Associate (Junior – Mid Level)

We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join a premier, growing fund finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a team that has seen significant domestic and international expansion over the past year.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience working on fund finance transactions, including subscription line credit facilities. Experience in a supporting role on NAV financings or other fund finance matters is a plus, but not required. The role can be based in our New York or Charlotte office.

• 2–4 years of experience in fund finance, including subscription line credit facilities
• Experience with NAV financings (preferred, not required)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client management skills
