Fund Formation & Sponsor Solutions Senior Associate (Dedicated Client Role)

We are seeking a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel with at least five years' PQE to join a leading Fund Formation and Sponsor Solutions practice in a dedicated role as the lead day-to-day lawyer for one of the firm's largest institutional investor clients. The group advises sponsors, managers, investors and service providers across the full spectrum of global funds, with a cross-border focus.

You will act as the primary point of contact for the client across investor-side workstreams, including primary fund investments, co-investments and secondaries, and develop a deep understanding of the client's portfolio, preferences and processes. You will also serve as a key liaison between the client and the firm, managing inbound requests and queries from the client's Legal, Compliance, Governance, Tax, Finance and Operations teams.

Working alongside relationship partners, you will help shape account strategy, review and negotiate fund documentation (limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and co-investment and secondaries documentation), and supervise, delegate to and develop junior associates and paralegals. • Minimum of five years' PQE in fund formation, private equity, or investment management.
• Strong experience advising institutional investors on primary fund investments, co-investments and secondaries.
• Proven ability to review and negotiate fund documentation, including LPAs, subscription documents, side letters, and co-investment/secondaries documentation.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted senior contact and manage requests from multiple internal teams.
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Cross-border or international experience is advantageous.
