Minimum 5 years of government contracts practice experience with meaningful transactional and counseling exposure
Experience with DCSA facility security clearances and FOCI analyses
Knowledge of small-business set-aside programs, SBIR/STTR, rights in technical data/software, and cybersecurity/CMMC compliance
Proven experience negotiating prime contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements
Strong drafting and writing skills, ability to manage multiple short-deadline matters, and high academic achievement
