Grade A Solicitor — Asbestos & Occupational Disease, Newcastle

Senior associate-level role within a national personal injury practice, based in Newcastle. You'll join a specialist Asbestos & Occupational Disease team handling mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung disease and other workplace respiratory claims.

The post offers ownership of a litigated caseload while supporting on higher-value and complex matters. You will work closely with vulnerable clients and their families, providing expert advice and compassionate support through every stage of a claim.

• Approximately 4-10 years' PQE in asbestos and occupational disease litigation
• Proven experience managing your own litigated caseload and assisting on high-value matters
• Strong client-facing skills with empathy and integrity
• Excellent drafting, legal research and oral communication skills; appetite for business development and building referrer relationships
