Health & Safety Partner or Senior Associate (National)

National opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety lawyer to join a well‑established UK practice. The role is open to senior associates ready to take the next step and to partners seeking a new challenge; it can be based at any UK office.

The successful candidate will advise large corporates on both contentious and advisory health & safety matters, lead matters end‑to‑end, and help develop the practice nationally. There is a strong emphasis on business development, cross‑selling with other teams, and mentoring more junior lawyers.

• Senior associate or partner level experience in health & safety/regulatory work.
• Proven experience advising corporates on contentious and advisory health & safety matters.
• Demonstrable ability to win and maintain client relationships and to contribute to practice growth nationally.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and working collaboratively across offices.
