A nationally recognized Healthcare practice group is seeking a midlevel associate to join its litigation and regulatory team. The role focuses on healthcare disputes, regulatory enforcement, and medical staff matters for providers, health systems, and other industry participants.

The associate will handle a broad range of work, including healthcare litigation and commercial disputes, medical staff and peer review matters, licensing and board actions, administrative enforcement proceedings, and fraud and abuse investigations. The position offers direct collaboration with experienced healthcare litigators and regulatory attorneys, with meaningful responsibility and consistent mentorship.

3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably at a law firm
Strong writing, research, advocacy, and case management skills
Experience managing matters through various stages of dispute resolution
Interest in healthcare law, regulatory enforcement, and complex disputes
Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate across teams
Strong academic credentials and excellent professional judgment
