An established immigration practice is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer or Registered Migration Agent with at least two years of post-admission experience to join its corporate immigration team in Melbourne.

The role involves managing a client portfolio and delivering strategic immigration advice to a broad base of clients, from individuals and emerging businesses to leading multinational companies. There is also scope to gain exposure to a variety of immigration matters beyond corporate work.

You will partner with well-known Australian and international companies, proactively managing your caseload with support staff, thinking commercially, and building strong client relationships. The position offers structured professional growth in a fast-paced yet supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities to work closely with senior staff and to coach and develop team members.

At least 2 years of post-admission experience in Australian immigration law and practice
Admitted lawyer or Registered Migration Agent
Demonstrated success managing client portfolios and delivering strategic immigration advice
Sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law and practice
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Client-service focused with strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management
Accountable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Effective team player with a flexible, can-do approach
