Seek a lawyer to act as the central practice liaison between an Innovation & Transformation function and the Private Investment Funds practice. The role focuses on translating practice priorities into a roadmap of legal technology, process improvements, and operational changes to improve matter lifecycle management, knowledge reuse, client collaboration, and matter execution.

Responsibilities include leading demand identification and solution definition, redesigning workflows and delivery models, running pilots and rollouts (including adoption and measurement), driving responsible AI adoption, and supporting practice-led client engagement on innovation topics. The role partners closely with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to sustain measurable benefits and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.

Position is open to candidates based in the United States and requires regular in-office presence per employer policy.

JD and a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification legal experience, ideally in Private Investment Funds, Private Equity, global finance, or a comparable transactional practice.
Good standing admission to a U.S. state bar.
Demonstrated experience in legal innovation, legal operations, legal technology, or process improvement (e.g., generative AI pilots, document automation, data rooms, due diligence platforms, knowledge systems).
Proven experience leading adoption, change management, and sustained behavioral change for technology- or process-led initiatives.
Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills at partner and leadership levels, with solid project management capabilities.
Organized self-starter with discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
