We are seeking an Insolvency Associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join our national practice. The role is available in multiple U.S. offices, including Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, and Phoenix.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creditors' rights, commercial bankruptcy, workouts, receiverships, judicial and equitable foreclosures, and restructurings. Experience with all aspects of litigation, including pre-judgment relief and post-judgment collections, is strongly preferred. The position requires significant in-person hearing and trial appearances, as well as related travel.

You will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit. We are looking for candidates with a strong academic record, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, superior judgment, the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and the ability to articulate legal strategies clearly.

Candidates must hold an active bar license in the state corresponding to the office to which they apply, or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
