Insurance Coverage Associate — Dallas

Well-established national insurance practice is seeking an associate with significant first-party insurance coverage litigation experience to join its Dallas office. The team represents insurance carriers on complex coverage, breach of contract, and bad-faith matters across multiple lines of coverage.

Day-to-day duties include managing all aspects of litigation: pleadings and motions practice, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, participating in expert inspections, and assisting with expert reports and trial preparation. The role offers exposure to high-stakes coverage disputes and opportunities for courtroom work.

• 3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience, with emphasis on first-party claims, breach of contract, and bad-faith matters
• Admission to the Texas Bar
• Proven litigation skills: drafting and arguing motions, depositions, courtroom presence
• Experience working with experts and preparing expert reports; trial experience preferred
