Insurance Coverage Associate — Dallas

Seeking an associate to join a national insurance coverage practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on first-party insurance coverage litigation, including breach of contract and bad‑faith matters, for insurer clients.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation (depositions, hearings, motion practice), participating in expert inspections and report preparation, and opportunities to try cases. Strong research, drafting and analytical abilities are required.

• 3+ years' insurance coverage litigation experience (first‑party claims emphasis)
• Experience taking/defending depositions, briefing and arguing motions, and participating in trials
• Experience with expert inspections and review/preparation of expert reports
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills; Texas Bar required
