Practice Area: Global Insurance

Seeking an associate with at least 3 years of significant insurance defense litigation experience to join our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated familiarity with pretrial filings in the areas of complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and product liability. Candidates must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to the Washington State Bar is required.

Minimum 3 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Experience with pretrial filings in complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury, and product liability
Admission to the Washington State Bar
Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
