Join a leading insurance litigation practice in Hong Kong, representing prominent international and domestic insurers. You will handle a broad range of complex, high-value claims and work closely with experienced partners on diverse insurance disputes.

Responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality legal work on insurance and reinsurance policy issues, professional negligence, medical negligence, personal injury, and property damage claims.
Acting for international and domestic insurers, intermediaries, and regulators on matters ranging from defending large claims to advising on regulatory issues and policy documentation.
Building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements:

Hong Kong qualified solicitor with ideally 5 years' PQE specializing in insurance litigation.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Motivated, proactive, with strong client relationship skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and commercial awareness.

Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 5 years' post qualification experience in insurance litigation.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Strong client relationship and business development skills.
