Intellectual Property Associate — Life Sciences (Denver)

Join a nationally recognized IP litigation team as a junior-to-mid-level associate focused on life‑sciences patent disputes. You will work on complex Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) matters, contributing to case strategy, motion practice, discovery, and client counseling.

The role involves substantial district‑court litigation and proceedings before the PTAB, with opportunities to take responsibility for drafting, client interaction, and courtroom preparation within a high‑stakes practice.

• J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Junior to mid‑level associate with substantive experience in life sciences patent litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and BPCIA matters.
• Demonstrated experience in district‑court litigation and PTAB proceedings.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; comfortable managing complex discovery and coordinating strategy with clients.
