Intellectual Property Litigation Associate — Life Sciences (Denver)

An elite national intellectual property litigation team is seeking a highly motivated junior to mid-level attorney with a strong life sciences background to join its growing practice in Denver.

The role centers on high-stakes patent disputes for innovator pharmaceutical companies, with substantial involvement in Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) litigation.

The successful candidate will handle matters in district court and before the PTAB, contributing to litigation strategy, case management, and direct client counseling on complex, bet-the-product disputes.

• Junior to mid-level experience in intellectual property litigation
• Strong background in life sciences patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and/or Biologics (BPCIA) litigation
• Experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in district court and before the PTAB
• Detail-oriented with the ability to contribute to strategy development and client counseling
