- J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Junior to mid‑level associate with substantive experience in life sciences patent litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and BPCIA matters.
- Demonstrated experience in district‑court litigation and PTAB proceedings.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; comfortable managing complex discovery and coordinating strategy with clients.
