We are seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join our Technology practice in our Denver office. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of IP matters, including patent prosecution, client counseling, opinions, patent litigation, and IP transactions.

This role offers a highly competitive compensation package—including base salary, bonus, and benefits—commensurate with that of other major law firms.

JD degree and admission to a state bar (Colorado preferred).
Relevant experience in intellectual property, with a focus on technology matters.
Strong technical aptitude, superior writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Eligibility to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (preferred).
