Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

Trusted, full-service international firm is seeking an associate to join its intellectual property team to support technology-focused matters. The role involves working across offices in the United States and collaborating with cross-practice teams on IP issues for clients in the technology sector.

Successful candidates will handle substantive IP work under partner supervision, contribute to client advice and transactional work, and participate in the firm’s broader technology and innovation practice. The position offers exposure to complex, high‑profile matters and opportunities for professional development within a large, multi-office platform.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to a U.S. bar (or eligibility to waive in applicable jurisdiction)
• Strong academic record and demonstrable interest in technology and IP matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on interdisciplinary teams and manage client deadlines
