We are actively recruiting an associate to join the trademark, copyright, advertising and media practice within a growing Intellectual Property group. The position can be based in one of several major U.S. offices and offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of IP issues.

The role may include both counseling and prosecution matters as well as contentious matters in courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Copyright Office, and the National Advertising Division.

The firm is committed to fostering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative, client-focused environment. Attorneys work from an office three days per week, striking a balance between in-person collaboration and individual work-life balance.

2–5 years of experience in trademark law
Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes and privacy matters is a plus
Excellent academic credentials
Strong written and oral communication skills
Collaborative, motivated associate who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment
