An international law firm's flexible resourcing team is seeking mid-to-senior level transactional funds lawyers to support a key client on a full-time, fully remote basis for an initial 3–6 month engagement.

You will work alongside a dedicated internal sponsor and client team, with access to the firm's resources, know-how, and training and development opportunities. This is a dynamic, fast-moving role requiring strong transactional execution across the full deal lifecycle.

As part of a broader interim consultant community, you will be invited to in-person and virtual networking events, firmwide webinars, and will benefit from the backing of a leading international law firm.

Qualified lawyer with funds experience
Mid-level to senior experience
Strong transactional execution skills
Experience running or supporting deals from initiation through to closing
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Collaborative problem solver able to work autonomously
Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship not available)
