This role is a good fit for proactive, detail-oriented lawyers seeking significant regulatory and transactional experience on cross-border matters.
All candidates must be admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar.
- 3–5 years of relevant international trade / export-control experience
- Solid working knowledge of EAR and ITAR, OFAC sanctions, and cross-border investment controls (e.g., CFIUS/OISP) and FOCI mitigation
- Experience with customs/inbound trade compliance is a plus
- Strong writing, project-management and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams
- Admission to the Washington, D.C. Bar
