The role involves counseling clients, conducting fact development and legal research, drafting high-stakes written work product, and participating in oral advocacy before courts and regulatory bodies.
The team works collaboratively on complex, cross-cutting investigations and compliance matters. Candidates should be prepared to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and to contribute to the firm’s pro bono efforts. The role is open to mid-level lawyers with approximately 3–5 years’ experience; current 2026 judicial clerks will also be considered.
Expected starting base salary range: $260,000–$365,000 (final compensation will be based on experience and other lawful factors).
- 3–5 years’ litigation, investigations, or compliance experience (mid-level associate).
- Membership in the New York bar required.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Detail-oriented, independent self-starter who works well in collaborative teams; demonstrated commitment to pro bono work.
- Current judicial clerks (2026) are encouraged to apply.
