Growing investment funds team in the Los Angeles office seeks an associate to support an expanding fund formation and investment management practice. The group advises a broad range of private and alternative funds, including private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate and hybrid fund strategies, with opportunities to work on retail alternative fund structures.

The role requires hands-on deal work, direct client interaction and the ability to contribute to business development efforts. This is a visible position within a strategically important, multidisciplinary practice offering strong professional growth.

4–8 years' experience in fund formation and investment management (private funds preferred)
Experience with structuring and documentation for private equity, hedge funds, credit and real estate fund strategies
Comfortable with direct client contact and contributing to business development
Strong drafting, transactional skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team
