Join a growing Investment Funds team in the firm's Los Angeles office supporting a broad range of private funds, including private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate and hybrid strategies. The role also offers exposure to retail-alternative vehicles such as BDCs, interval funds and closed-end funds.

We seek an associate with a strong fund-formation and investment-management background who is comfortable with direct client interaction and contributing to business development. This is a hands-on role within a strategically important, multidisciplinary practice with opportunities for growth.

J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
Approximately 4 6 years of private funds / fund-formation experience
Demonstrable experience with investment management and alternative funds (private equity, hedge funds, private credit, real estate, etc.)
Comfortable with client-facing work and developing business; entrepreneurial mindset
Strong drafting, transactional and teamwork skills
