Our Los Angeles office is seeking associates to join a rapidly expanding Investment Funds practice. We are looking for candidates with a background in investment management and fund formation, ideally with 4–8 years of experience.

Our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team represents private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and other funds employing alternative investment strategies. There is also an opportunity to work on matters involving retail alternative funds, such as BDCs, interval funds, and closed-end funds.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills, as the role involves direct client contact and business development. This position offers meaningful growth potential within a strategically important practice area.

4–8 years of experience in investment management and fund formation
Representative experience with private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, or hybrid funds, or other alternative investment vehicles
Exposure to retail alternative funds (e.g., BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds) is a plus
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated business development acumen
