Work will include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, supporting strategic development of patent portfolios, and preparing opinions where needed. The team combines a strong local presence with national and international resources.
- 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in patent prosecution
- Experience drafting and prosecuting chemical- and mechanical-related patent applications
- Registered to practice before the USPTO and admitted (or able to promptly gain admission) in New Jersey
- Degree or advanced degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or equivalent technical experience; strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience managing global patent portfolios and preparing freedom-to-operate opinions preferred
