IP Associate — Life Sciences

Join a busy intellectual property practice advising life‑sciences clients across patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. The role offers hands‑on work drafting and prosecuting patent applications, assisting with opinions and freedom‑to‑operate analyses, and supporting litigation teams where needed.

This position is open across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). Candidates should be prepared to submit academic transcripts as part of the application.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Technical/scientific background in life sciences (biotech, molecular biology, chemistry or related area)
• Demonstrated experience in patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation support
• Patent bar registration or eligibility preferred; law school and undergraduate transcripts required (graduate transcripts if applicable)
