Seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join an active IP litigation team focused on life sciences and pharmaceutical matters. The role involves handling ANDA matters and other patent litigation across U.S. District Courts and PTAB post‑grant proceedings.

Responsibilities include factual and legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, participating in discovery (including depositions and expert work), claim construction briefing, and supporting pre‑trial and trial activities. The team values creative thinking, strong client communication, and collaborative strategic contribution.

2–6 years' patent litigation experience, including ANDA or life‑sciences matters
Experience in U.S. District Court litigation and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings; deposition and trial experience preferred
Comfortable working directly with clients and opposing counsel and participating in case strategy
Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life‑sciences discipline preferred
Excellent legal writing and research skills
