Ideal candidates will have strong law school credentials and demonstrable patent/IP litigation experience. The team values technical backgrounds and offers exposure to appeals and PTAB matters.
- Graduating law-school classes 2019–2022 (early-career associates)
- Top law school credentials and proven IP/patent litigation experience
- Undergraduate degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical engineering, computer science, or comparable technical field strongly preferred
- CAFC clerkship experience a plus; experience with PTAB disputes advantageous
