IP Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

We are seeking intellectual property litigation associates to join a leading IP litigation practice in Washington, D.C. The team handles complex patent and intellectual property disputes, with significant matters before federal district courts and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Candidates with backgrounds in patent litigation and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board will find substantial responsibility and a collegial working environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated associates to develop a sophisticated IP litigation practice at a firm recognized for its intellectual property work.

• Top law school credentials
• Experience in IP and/or patent litigation
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar technical field (strongly preferred)
• Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit clerkship experience (preferred)
• Experience with PTAB disputes (a plus)
