Our Litigation team is seeking an attorney with two to four years of experience to join our Issues and Appeals practice group. This full-time, partnership-track associate position will provide overall support to our growing practice.

Ideal candidates have appellate experience, a strong academic record, and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. An appellate judicial clerkship is strongly preferred.

This position can sit in Washington, DC, Richmond, Austin, or Boston. Licensure in the jurisdiction to which you are applying is preferred, and in any event required within one year of joining the firm.

Two to four years of litigation and appellate experience (graduating classes of 2024–2022)
Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
