A leading law firm seeks an associate with two to four years of experience to join its growing Issues and Appeals practice group within the Litigation team. This full-time, partnership-track position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic appellate practice.

The ideal candidate will have appellate experience, a strong academic record, and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. An appellate judicial clerkship is strongly preferred. The role is available in multiple offices across the United States, including Washington, DC; Richmond, Austin, and Boston.

Licensure in the jurisdiction of the office to which the candidate applies is preferred, and in any event required within one year of joining.

Two to four years of litigation/appellate experience (class of 2022–2024)
Appellate experience strongly preferred
Appellate judicial clerkship strongly preferred
Strong academic record
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Licensure in the applicable jurisdiction preferred; required within one year of joining
