Junior Associate, Employment & Labor

We are seeking a junior lawyer to join our Employment & Labor practice in Valencia. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to work on a wide range of labor and employment matters within a dynamic team.

• Assist in providing legal advice on individual and collective labor law matters.
• Support senior lawyers in litigation, negotiations, and client advisory work.
• Participate in the drafting and review of employment contracts and internal policies.
• Contribute to due diligence and compliance projects from a labor perspective.

• Law degree from a recognized university, ideally with a specialization in labor law.
• 1–3 years of experience in an employment and labor practice (relevant internships or junior roles acceptable).
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Business-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
