Join a globally recognized M&A team as a junior associate, working on complex cross-border transactions across public and private M&A. The practice advises a broad international client base, including multinational corporates, private equity firms and banks, from strategic planning and due diligence through negotiation and completion of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other business combinations.
