Junior Tax Associate — Brussels

Join a leading global law firm's Brussels tax team as a junior associate to advise on tax aspects of corporate and financial transactions, cross-border structuring and contentious tax matters. The role sits in an integrated practice that works closely with corporate, finance, regulatory and disputes teams on international assignments.

The team handles a broad mix of work including tax advice for M&A, reorganizations, fund and investor structures, securitisations and financing transactions, as well as contentious matters and tax-driven crisis responses. The position offers structured training, mentoring and exposure to high‑level cross-border matters.

• 0–4 years PQE in tax law or equivalent experience.
• Belgian law degree with excellent academic results; postgraduate study in tax or study abroad preferred.
• Native French speaker or perfectly bilingual French/Dutch; excellent English and working knowledge of Dutch.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills, commercial awareness and solution‑orientated approach.
• Team player with the ability to manage complex matters and a curious, entrepreneurial mindset.
