Apply in confidence →Join a nationally recognized Capital Markets team as a Knowledge Management attorney helping shape training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation for the group. The role focuses on translating substantive capital markets expertise into practical resources that accelerate attorney development and improve client delivery.
A growing dimension of the position is applying AI and legal-technology solutions: you will help design and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows, convert existing materials into AI-ready formats, and work with innovation and paralegal teams to test and roll out new systems for active matters.
This is a collaborative, cross-functional role working closely with Capital Markets lawyers, practice KM leads and the firm-wide innovation team to maintain resource libraries, produce timely market and regulatory updates, and support business development materials.
- Active license to practice law
- At least 5 years of experience in securities law, capital markets transactions and corporate governance
- Strong working knowledge of the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act, Delaware corporate law and governance norms
- Familiarity with equity offerings (IPOs, follow-ons), debt offerings (high-yield and investment grade) and public company disclosure
- Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills; experience producing updates, slide decks and standard forms
- Demonstrated project-management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology; comfortable learning prompt design, AI workflow architecture and evaluation
- Experience with KM initiatives or resource implementation is a plus
