Seeking a Knowledge Management attorney to join a nationally recognized Capital Markets group. The role partners with the Capital Markets KM lead and practice attorneys to design and run KM programs across training, substantive communications, knowledge resources, and innovation.

A central responsibility is translating Capital Markets expertise into AI-enabled tools and workflows — converting training materials, standard forms and market guidance into AI-ready formats and helping develop, test and deploy AI-assisted resources used by attorneys on active matters.

Active license to practice law in the United States
At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in securities law and capital markets transactions
Strong working knowledge of the 33 Act, the 34 Act, Delaware corporate law and public company disclosure/governance
Familiarity with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, high‑yield and investment grade) and public-company practice
Excellent drafting and communication skills across emails, slide decks and form documents
Demonstrated project-management ability and comfort managing multiple workstreams
Genuine interest in legal technology and AI; willingness to develop hands-on fluency in prompt design, AI workflow architecture and evaluation
