Apply in confidence →Senior knowledge-management attorney role supporting a nationally recognized Capital Markets group. The position leads a KM strategy across training & development, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation, with a central focus on translating Capital Markets expertise into AI-powered tools and workflows.
The role partners with the Capital Markets KM lead and practitioners to develop training curricula, produce timely market and regulatory updates, maintain client-ready resource libraries and design AI-enabled systems (prompt architecture, agentic workflows, structured knowledge bases) to scale partner-level judgment and improve deal execution.
This is a collaborative, high-impact position that combines deep securities subject-matter knowledge, strong drafting and communication skills, and hands-on interest in legal technology and AI adoption.
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- Minimum 5 years' experience in securities law, capital markets transactions and corporate governance
- Strong working knowledge of the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act, Delaware law and public company governance norms
- Familiarity with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow‑ons, high‑yield and investment‑grade) and public company disclosure
- Excellent drafting and oral/written communication skills; experience preparing updates, slide decks and form documents
- Demonstrated project management, organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology; comfortable learning and developing prompt design, AI workflow architecture and evaluation
- Experience with KM initiatives and resource implementation is a plus
